Packed houses and even more drama will be in store when one of the highest quality weekends in the European rugby calendar kicks off in early April.

The heavyweight confrontations in the Heineken Cup quarter-finals begin with four-time champions Toulouse paying a first visit to Munster’s Thomond Park fortress on Saturday, 5 April,

That mouthwatering fixture will be followed by the meeting of last season’s runners-up Clermont Auvergne and Leicester Tigers at Stade Marcel Michelin.

The Saturday schedule will be completed when number 1 seeds Ulster host Saracens at Ravenhill in a repeat of the 2013 quarter-final won 27-16 by Saracens at Twickenham.

Sunday, April 6 will feature the first match between reigning champions Toulon and three-time winners Leinster at Stade Félix Mayol.

All eight of the Heineken Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-finals will be televised live with the transmissions going out to up to 150 countries worldwide.
