Trio Available For Connacht’s Llanelli Trip
Connacht travel to play GUINNESS PRO12 leaders the Scarlets on Sunday and ahead of the much-anticipated clash, the province’s medical team provided the following update.
There were no major injury concerns following the round 11 derby defeat to Leinster at the RDS last Friday.
Peter Robb, who this week signed a professional contract for next season, Danie Poolman and James Connolly have all been passed fit and are available to the coaching team this week.
Ireland international Robbie Henshaw will have a scan on his hand next week and an update will be provided on his expected return-to-play date.
Meanwhile, Denis Buckley has recovered well from the ankle surgery he underwent in mid-December. He is expected to be available for selection towards the end of this month.
