Ulster Host Charity Auction In Support Of Mencap
Ulster Rugby, in conjunction with Mencap, are hosting a premium online auction with all profits going to the charity’s ‘Big Step Forward’ Appeal.
The Ebay auction, which includes seven highly valuable items, is now open and ends at 12 noon on Thursday, October 9.
The winning bidders will also get free tickets to the Ulster v Glasgow Warriors fixture at Kingspan Stadium (Saturday, October 11, 5.05pm) and have the opportunity to receive their items from Ulster players in the Spirit of ’99 bar following the game.
By teaming up with the learning disability charity, Ulster Rugby will support Mencap’s ‘Big Step Forward’ Appeal, which aims to raise at least £1.7m locally to build, equip and run its new Children and Families’ centre to be built in Newtownbreda. At the heart of the new centre, which will open in early 2016, will be Mencap’s relocated Segal House Nursery.
