Connacht Rugby: Lead Physiotherapist
The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) is currently accepting applications for the position of ‘Lead Physiotherapist, Connacht Rugby.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to provide physiotherapy services to the Connacht Squad based in Galway.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver best practice sports physiotherapy services in partnership with the Provincial Physiotherapist and Doctor(s).
The Physiotherapistwill also liaise and work with fitness and coaching staff on all physiotherapy related issues within the Connacht Squad.
Applicants must hold a chartered physiotherapist qualification with a minimum of two years post-graduate experience as team physiotherapist with a professional or elite sports team.
A post-graduate qualification in sports and/or musculoskeletal physiotherapy or sports science would be an advantage.
