Elite Player Development Officer: Ulster

The IRFU would like to invite applications for the position of Elite Player Development Officer, Ulster. This post is due to commence on 1st July 2012 and is for a fixed term of 2 years duration.

The main responsibility of the role is for the delivery of the National Talent Program in Ulster, with particular attention to back play. Full details of the role and responsibilities are outlined in the Job Description.

The ideal candidate will have achieved an IRFU Level 2 qualified coach; have an in-depth understanding of the game of rugby (and in particular back play); have the ability to deliver coaching sessions to stages 3 & 4 players; and, have highly developed communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
