Ravens Line-Up Confirmed For Moseley Tie

Ravens Line-Up Confirmed For Moseley Tie

Ulster Ravens coach Neil Doak has announced his starting line-up and replacements for the province’s first away match in the British & Irish Cup against Moseley on Friday night (kick-off 7.30pm).

A number of changes have been made to the Ravens team that secured a 29-3 victory over the Bedford Blues at Ravenhill last weekend.

In the pack, the changes are all in the front row – Nigel Brady replacing Andy Kyriacou as hooker, Declan Fitzpatrick moving to loosehead prop and Adam Macklin coming in on the tighthead side of the scrum.

Ulster Rugby Phoenix Academy member Jamie Smith has replaced Clinton Schifcokske at full-back in the only alteration to the backs division.

Meanwhile, after being released from Ireland ‘A’ duty, lock Dan Tuohy and centre Darren Cave will now feature for the Ravens at Billesley Common.

Ian Whitten will captain the Ulster side as they look to make it two wins out of two in Pool C of the new cross border competition.

Following on from Friday’s game, Neil Doak’s charges will resume British & Irish Cup action in February with a trip to Parc y Scarlets to face Llanelli.
