There was a nail-bitting ending to Friday’s Magners League derby between Leinster and Ulster at Ravenhill as the hosts’ David Humphreys kicked a levelling penalty in the 82nd-minute. See below for a photo gallery link.

Humphreys, having fully recovered from an ankle injury, made his presence felt as a second half replacement. He helped turn the game around as he kicked 11 points – including that injury-time penalty – to see Ulster bounce back from a 13-0 deficit.

The 13,132-strong crowd watched Leinster take the early initiative with out-half Jonathan Sexton kicking two first half penalties.

A converted try followed from Gordon D’Arcy and while Sexton tagged on a late penalty, that strike was sandwiched by an Andrew Trimble try and four vital kicks from Humphreys, including a trademark drop goal, as Ulster ended a run of three league defeats.
