Spirit Of Rugby
The Spirit Of Rugby programme includes practical educational programmes that embody and promote the core values of the game – Respect, Inclusivity, Integrity, Fun and Excellence. It aims to support players, coaches, volunteers and parents, Its primary purpose is to educate those within the game about their rights and responsibilities on and off the field.
The programme offers a range of online and in-person training for volunteers in clubs, some of which is done remotely and others in conjunction with the Spirit of Rugby Officers, whom you can contact to receive resources, training links and advice in the areas of safeguarding, anti-doping, disability and LGBTQ+ inclusion, along with other equity, diversity and inclusion policies and health & wellbeing information.
