Established by the IRFU in 2017 and building on more than 30 years of Irish Exiles success, IQ Rugby identifies and supports talented Irish Qualified (IQ) players living around the world.
Whether your ambition is to play at provincial level or represent Ireland on the international stage, IQ Rugby provides a direct connection to the Irish rugby high performance pathway. Through player identification, registration and ongoing support, the programme helps talented male and female players access opportunities within Ireland's provincial and national systems.

Volunteers are always welcome to assist at IQ Rugby/IRFU Exiles events and can assist in areas such as RegionalEvent Support, Regional Coaching, IQ Team Coaching, and Talent ID
