Rosie Foley

Rosie Foley

Rosie Foley is a former Ireland Women’s international, educator and coach. A member of Ballina/Killaloe RFC and former President of the club, Rosie earned 39 caps for Ireland between 2001 and 2006, represented Ireland at two Rugby World Cups, and captained both Munster and UL Bohemian RFC, winning provincial and All-Ireland titles during a distinguished playing career.  A PE and Geography teacher, Rosie has made a significant contribution to rugby development through coaching and administration, as well as serving on a number of governance bodies within the sport. Her achievements extend beyond rugby, with honours in Gaelic football, athletics and open-water swimming, including induction into the University of Limerick Sports Hall of Fame and the Irish Marathon Swimmers Hall of Fame.

Brian Humphries

Brian Humphries

Brian Humphries has been a lifelong member of Cork Constitution FC, where he played all of his rugby and developed a deep connection with the club and the game.  Brian joined the Munster Branch Committee in 2011 and has since held a number of important positions, including Chairman of the Munster Senior Clubs and membership of the Munster Rugby Committee. He currently serves as the Club Representative on the Branch Committee and is also a member of the Munster Finance Committee, contributing to the governance and strategic development of rugby across the province. Outside of rugby, Brian owns and manages a successful manufacturing company supplying products to the construction industry, bringing extensive commercial and business experience to his governance roles within the sport. Brian was first appointed to the IRFU committee in 2020.

Gerry O'Shea

Gerry O'Shea is a long-standing contributor to the game in Munster and across Ireland. A member of Young Munster RFC, he has held a number of senior leadership positions throughout his rugby career, including Chairman of the Board of Munster Rugby, President of the Munster Branch, and President of Young Munster RFC.
