Taking a break from pre-season training, scrum half Tomas O'Leary says: "I had a few knocks and bangs last season which were pretty frustrating. In the back of my mind I had the target of the World Cup and that kept me motivated. It's been a massive goal of mine (to compete in a World Cup)."
