Amy Larn and Chisom Ugwueru ended the weekend as the joint-top Irish try scorers with four each, followed by Faith Oviawe, the team captain, who touched down three times.
Fresh from helping Munster to become back-to-back Vodafone Women's Interprovincial champions, Ugwueru scored in each of Ireland's last three games at the Danie Craven Stadium.
Two other players who were involved in the Interpros, Leah Irwin and Lyndsay Clarke, chalked up two tries each, a tally which former Republic of Ireland Under-19 soccer international Olusola matched.
Ugwueru displayed her power and pace against the USA with a terrific try inside the opening 30 seconds, evading two tackles on a 45-metre surge to the line.
Newcomer Olusola extended the lead to 12 points in the second minute, intercepting a pass inside the American 22 to dot down close to the posts. Ellie O'Sullivan Sexton converted.
O'Sullivan Sexton's well-struck restarts caused problems for the US receivers, but they built some phases before springing Cameron Fields free, the winger cutting in off the right to make it 12-5.
Larn was next to threaten for Ireland, her kick chase earning a five-metre scrum. Alex Connor was stopped short before Oviawe crashed over impressively from a quick pick.
A top-class conversion from O'Sullivan Sexton restored the 12-point gap, but the dangerous Fields had enough space to race clear for her second try, leaving it 19-10 at the interval.
Olusola struck again straight from the restart, as the Galway youngster claimed Alyssa Cunningham's restart and broke free down the left touchline for a brilliant 80-metre run-in.
Irwin and O'Hagan came off the bench to very good effect, the latter leading an attack back into the American 22. Her offload to Clare Gorman did not go to hand.
Ugwueru, playing in the forwards for the 5th/6th place play-off, took on more responsibility as a ball carrier, continually making it hard for the USA defenders to halt her progress.
When the US did get the ball wide again to Fields, O'Hagan and Gorman combined to shut down the threat, and Ugwueru did likewise on the left, tackling Leah Lockerman, to seal a deserved triumph.
