The 2026 PwC Under-18 Girls Interprovincial Championship concludes with Connacht and Ulster clashing in the 3rd-4th place play-off at 1pm, before the final between Leinster and Munster takes place at 3pm.

Shay Murtagh Park, the home of Mullingar Rugby Club, will host both matches, with tickets, priced at €10, available to buy online here.

Defending champions Leinster, Munster, and Connacht all won two of their round robin matches, making for a thrilling race to reach next weekend's decider.

Points difference saw Charlie Doel's Leinster side finish at the top of the table, following their 39-27 win at Ulster. Maebh Ní Cholla and Lauren Shelvin ran in two tries each at Affidea Stadium.

Meanwhile, a run of unanswered second-half scores from Róise Ní Scanláin, Leah McNamara, and Cairínn Kearns saw Connacht overcome a previously unbeaten Munster 20-14 at Dexcom Stadium.

It was Munster who claimed second spot, though, as they ended up with a +30 points difference overall, compared to Connacht's +25. Winger Emer Purtill's third try in two games proved crucial.

Captained by back rower Emily Miller, Leinster are bidding to lift the trophy for the third successive season. Portlaoise's Mary O'Hara has impressed with a four-try haul.

Damien Hicks' Munster outfit will be aiming for a repeat of their terrific 27-17 first round victory over Leinster. Richmond/Scariff playmaker Eden Waters starred that day with 12 points from the tee.

Munster's most recent U-18 Girls Interprovincial title win was back in 2019 when current senior stars Aoife Corey, Chisom Ugwueru, Alana McInerney, and Eilís Cahill were part of the squad.

Connacht were comprehensive 67-5 winners in Belfast a fortnight ago, but next Sunday's curtain-raiser should be a much closer contest given Ulster's five-try display - including a Casey Johnston hat-trick - at home to Leinster.
