Ireland's third game in eight days will see them come up against their Georgian counterparts at Cape Town's Stellenberg High School (kick-off 1.30pm local time/12.30pm Irish time).
There will be live coverage on the official SA Rugby YouTube channel and the SuperSport Schools app and website, as Brendan O'Connor's youngsters target a winning finish after defeats to the two South Africa teams.
Ireland drew 13-all with Georgia at this stage of last year's Series in the Western Cape, and head coach O'Connor has rotated much of his squad for the rematch.
Munster duo Ryan McCormack and David Nolan return at inside centre and out-half, respectively, while Blackrock College's Rhys Keogh gets his first start of the tour on the left wing.
Luke Kelly switches wing to don the number 14 jersey this time, with PBC Cork pair Daniel Murphy and Alex Moloney, and captain Luke Coffey completing the back-line.
Both Moloney and Coffey scored tries during Tuesday's 51-15 loss at the hands of the South Africa U-18s, who had beaten France 59-7 in the opening round.
It is almost all change up front as there is an entirely new front row of Dungarvan's Calum Tutty with Ulster props Lewis Robinson and Alex Stinson, supported by Frank Maher and Philip Lynch from the engine room.
Rian Macfarlane O'Shea, Pres Cork's Munster Schools Senior Cup-winning captain, and Kilkenny's Cillian McElwee will join the ever-present Xabi Scanlan in the loose forwards.
Lynch and Scanlan will be the only two Irish forwards to start all three fixtures of the 2026 Series, a feat also achieved by Moloney and Kelly in the backs.
Ireland scored seven tries across the first two rounds, with St. Michael's College prop Herbie Boyle bagging a brace against South Africa U-18 'A', and Michael Smyth, Matthew McCarthy, Moloney, Coffey, and Johnny Woods also crossing the whitewash.
Speaking ahead of the clash with Georgia, scrum half Coffey said: "The experience over the last ten days has been enjoyable. We've had two difficult results against the South African teams.
"We are aware of the challenges Georgia will pose us on Saturday, and look forward to finishing our tour on a high note."
