New Connacht Home Jersey Is Unveiled
Connacht Rugby, in partnership with BLK, have today revealed their new home jersey for the 2014/15 season.
The new Connacht home jersey is the product of detailed work and collaboration between BLK and Connacht Rugby to create an innovative, eye-catching design that combines with revolutionary sports performance technology.
The latest home jersey incorporates Connacht Rugby’s traditional colour of green on the side panels with a revitalised emerald green on the front panel where the logo of new main partner Life Style Sports is carried.
The jersey features navy and white panelling on the back and sleeves. The lighter green is carried onto the shorts and socks where a navy band completes the home kit.
The new home jersey will be available in Life Style Sports stores nationwide and online at www.lifestylesports.com as well as other independent retailers towards the end of August – ahead of Connacht’s first home game at the Sportsground against the Newport Gwent Dragons on the weekend of September 6.
The Connacht away kit will be revealed in advance of the new season while the third alternative kit, worn for European games, is due to be revealed in October.
The wider training and leisurewear range will be available in-store from mid-September. Connacht Rugby Season Ticket holders can avail of a 10% discount on ALL Life Style Sports products, including Connacht kit and merchandise.
Speaking from the Sportsground in Galway, Alex Saul, head of marketing & commercial at Connacht Rugby, said: “We’re delighted with the end result on our latest home jersey. The look and feel is true to Connacht but continues to push design to the next level.

The new jersey will be worn for the first time when Connacht play Clermont Auvergne in a pre-season friendly match in France tomorrow (Friday) at 8pm (7pm Irish time).
