Irish internationals Brian O'Driscoll, Shane Horgan, David Humphreys & Malcolm O'Kelly are all included in the Barbarians starting line-up for Sunday's game against England at Twickenham.
Thomas Castaignede is named at full-back pending a late fitness test but f he cannot play, then Matt Burke will start at full-back and Breyton Paulse (Western Province/RSA) will come onto the bench.
Veteran England prop Jason Leonard, rugby union's most-capped player of all-time with 114 appearances - will start for the Barbarians in what is set to be the 35-year-old Harlequins forward's final appearance as a player at headquarters.
England coach Clive Woodward, will be without those players involved in the Bath v Wasps, Premiership final and and the preceding wildcard play-off match involving Leicester and Sale, and he has opted for an experimental side.
Front row forward Mark Regan, is the only member of Woodward's World Cup-winning squad in the England side and the Leeds hooker was not in the starting line-up for the final against the Wallabies in Sydney.
However for the likes of uncapped flanker Hugh Vyvyan, who leads the side on Sunday, this match against an all-star Barbarians team is the perfect opportunity to show Woodward exactly how good he and his colleagues are. "This a huge opportunity for all of the players to show what they're made of. It's a very young squad and all of us are out to show what we can do on the big stage," Vyvyan said.
In their last outing the touring side were held scoreless by Wales, losing 42-0.
