Parsons plays her provincial rugby with Connacht and club rugby with Blackrock College RFC. She made her Ireland debut aged just 16 in 2018, becoming the youngest player, male or female, to represent Ireland at senior level. Known for her explosive pace, power and try-scoring ability, Parsons has established herself as one of the standout players in Irish women’s rugby, representing Ireland in both Sevens and XVs. She represented Ireland at the Paris 2024 Olympics and was named Guinness Rugby Writers of Ireland Player of the Year in 2020.
