Players To Watch Out For: Munster: Sally Kelly – Already an Ireland Under-18 and Under-21 international, Ennis flanker Sally Kelly continues to catch the eye at this level, despite having made only three senior appearances so far for Munster.
The talented teenage flanker racked up 94.5 running metres against Leinster - just behind Chisom Ugwueru - and was the Reds' leading tackler with 11 successful hits.
Ulster: Caitlin Crowe – Ulster may have lost their opening fixture to Connacht, but they had some standout individual performers, including debutant centre Caitlin Crowe, who played for the Ireland U-18s earlier this year.
The Drung youngster is the competition's top offloader with five, was Ulster's second leading ball carrier with 14 last Saturday, and will relish coming up against Munster's midfield duo of Lucia Linn and Alan McInerney.
Pre-Match Views - Maeve Óg O'Leary (Munster): "It's such a quick turnaround between all the games, so we only have one option but to drive it on. We really are one game-focused at a time.
"Ulster this weekend, our fixture we played against them last year was probably one of our tougher fixtures. We really just need to focus on the game, and just improving anything we need to from last weekend."
Fiona Tuite-O'Sullivan (Ulster): "It was a really good start from us against Connacht, going in level at half-time. Disappointed with the result, we had a couple of opportunities at the end, and we just didn't execute.
"But we take a huge amount from that. There were some really good parts. We got into this week now, and you know, we're travelling away from home which will be tough."
Team News: Ennis native Aoife Corey will captain Munster for the first time, taking over the role from the injured Maeve Óg O'Leary who misses the Ulster match due to a minor knock.
O'Leary's absence sees versatile veteran Clodagh O'Halloran revert to the back row, with her UL Bohemian club-mate Aoibhe O'Flynn coming in at lock as the defending champions' only personnel change.
Sitting at the top of the table after that opening 39-19 win over Leinster, Matt Brown's charges has opted for an unchanged back-line, which is led again by international duo Enya Breen and Emily Lane.
Following her debut try, Katie Corrigan continues in the back-three alongside Corey, at full-back, and Chisom Ugwueru, with Alana McInerney and Lucia Linn both retained in midfield.
For Munster's second successive home game in Cork, 20-year-old hooker Beth Buttimer will be on the prowl for more tries after touching down four times against Leinster in a player-of-the-match performance.
Siobhán McCarthy and Eilís Cahill join her in a formidable front row trio, Jane Clohessy will pack down with O'Flynn behind them, and Sally Kelly and Ireland ace Grace Moore, who shifts to number 8, complete the starting XV.
Two players who were opponents during last April's Energia All-Ireland League final are poised to make their senior bows for Munster as replacements - Bohs back rower Ava O'Malley and Blackrock College's Andrea Murphy.
Kerry woman Murphy has come into the matchday 23, in place of Ellen Boylan, with Brown's other bench options including the fit-again Caitríona Finn, and Shannon prop Tuathla Ryan, one of last week's debutants.
Gunning for back-to-back titles, Munster have won eight of their last nine Interprovincial matches, but will be mindful that they only led 19-17 at half-time during their most recent meeting with Ulster twelve months ago.

Head coach Murray Houston has made two changes to the side that lost narrowly at home to Connacht, going down 15-10 despite tries from Claire Boles and Sophie Barett.
Boles, who was their stand-in captain on the day and their top tackler and carrier with 19 each, continues at number 8. The hard-working Hills, Moya and Christy, fill the flanker berths again.
The newly-married Fiona Tuite-O'Sullivan, and fellow Ireland regular Sadhbh McGrath, feature in the tight five, alongside the Enniskillen trio of Daley, Barrett, and Rebecca Beacom.
Ciara Fitzsimons from Queen's University comes in on the left wing for her first appearance of the Interprovincial campaign. She scored two tries during last year's 38-17 loss to Munster.
Fitzsimons will link up with Niamh Marley and Cooke's Katie Gilmour in the back-three, and there is a second successive outing for the new-look centre pairing of Caitlin Crowe and Lucy Thompson.
Abby Moyles and Rachael McIlroy continue their half-back partnership, with Trim young gun Moyles knowing most of the Munster side well having lined out for UL Bohs in 2024/25.
Teenage second row Olivia McKinley, the only Banbridge RFC representative in Houston's selection, will make her senior debut for Ulster if sprung from the bench.
McKinley was co-captain of the Ulster Under-18s last year, and comes into the province's matchday 23 along with Stacey Sloan, who recently achieved black belt status in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and Georgia Boyce.

Players To Watch Out For: Leinster: Alex Connor – One of three Navan players involved against Munster in the opening round, Alex Connor has been promoted to make her first start for her province tomorrow.
A Celtic Challenge winner with the Wolfhounds last season, she plays with impressive composure at half-back, utilising a very good rugby brain and her distribution skills.
Connacht: Ella Burns – Still just 20 years of age, Ella Burns is a real rising star of the Connacht front row. She played the full 80 minutes in Belfast, reaching double figures for carries, tackles, and attacking ruck arrivals.
She started all three games at loosehead prop during the Ireland Under-21s' Six Nations Series clean sweep. The Dunmore youngester is a 'lovely little prop' according to Fiona Hayes, and her future looks bright.
Pre-Match Views - Erin King (Leinster): "Connacht at home is kind of a do-or-die game. We need two wins to get to that final. It's going to be a tough battle, it's do-or-die for us and we're ready to go to war.
"We know a lot of the Connacht girls, a lot of them are internationals. They've got a lot of names, but we've got names too. We're not afraid to regroup together and go at them."
Craig Hansberry (Connacht): "We were happy to get the win against Ulster last week, but there's also plenty of scope for us to improve. Leinster away is another massive challenge and we'll have to be at our best for all 80 minutes, which I know we can be.
"Our goal has always been to reach the final (at Dexcom Stadium on August 29), and knowing we can seal that spot with a win tomorrow is a massive incentive for us."
Team News: Stacey Flood is back to boost an already international-laden Leinster back-line for this must-win encounter with Connacht, which is their only home outing of the Championship.
As she comes in to win her first senior cap for Leinster, Flood will follow in the footsteps of fellow Ireland stars Erin King and Eve Higgins, two of the six debutants from last week's first round.
New head coach Sana Govender had a losing start with the Blues, who were well beaten by Munster (39-19), and has reacted by making six changes in personnel.
Navan's Alex Connor is rewarded with her first start at this level, combining with Dannah O'Brien at half-back, with Aoife Dalton and Higgins, outside tem, looking to wield more influence.
Old Belvedere's Emma Tilly is bumped up from the bench to line out on the left wing, with Maggie Boylan on the right, and Flood, who turned 30 last week, in her familiar full-back role.
One of seven 'Belvo players in the team, Hannah Wilson earns a start at loosehead prop following her try-scoring cameo on Leeside. She also had six carries and made one breakdown steal.
Captain Sarah Delaney, Linda Djougang, and Ruth Campbell are retained in the tight five, with the latter joined at lock by debutant Nikki Gibson from Blackrock College.
The final change to the starting line-up sees MU Barnhall's Aoife Corcoran slot in at blindside flanker. King will pack down again at number 8, and Róisín Kinch of Tullow wins her second cap at openside.
Leinster have a very strong record against Connacht, losing only twice to them before in 2016 and 2023, and have added two quality operators to their bench this week in the form of Kathy Baker and Katie Whelan.
The hosts' list of replacements also includes two more potential debutants - Canadian flanker Regan Casey, who impressed in the colours of Blackrock College and the Wolfhounds last season, and Ireland U-21 centre Niamh Murphy, who has several of her Galwegians club-mates in the Connacht squad.

With Ava Ryder sidelined through injury, former Ballina underage player Emily Foley has been promoted from the bench too, making up the back-three with Clara Barrett and Fitzpatrick.
The westerners' back-line is marshalled again by Méabh Deely, their player-of-the-match against Ulster, and co-captain Aoibheann Reilly, who got 40 minutes of game-time on her return from a fractured fibula.
Lily Morris and Emma Kelly have held onto their starting places up front, fresh from winning their first Connacht caps, and tomorrow's bench has three more newcomers in Éabha O'Mahoney, and 'Belvo duo Jess Keating and Clare Gorman.
Connacht, who are a point behind leaders Munster, have been getting closer to Leinster in recent years, with two five-point defeats, and the famous 18-17 triumph at the Sportsground three years ago.
Deely was central to that 2023 result, touching down twice with her 81st-minute try proving to be the match winner. Ryder, Barrett, and Reilly also started in the back-line.
