Ireland Women will kick off the inaugural WXV Global Series with a busy Autumn schedule, as Scott Bemand’s side return to action on home soil against USA and Japan before taking on South Africa in Cape Town.
Following the recent history-breaking Guinness Women’s Six Nations campaign, Ireland now turn their attention to World Rugby’s new WXV Global Series, which will see the top 12 teams in the world compete in a home-and-away touring model within the September and October international window.
Ireland will open their 2026/27 campaign with back-to-back home matches as Bemand’s side host USA and Japan in September, followed by a non WXV 2nd test against Japan before travelling to face South Africa in a two-match series in October.
