The new IRFU Coaching Policy sets out the standards, responsibilities and values expected of coaches across Irish Rugby, helping to create safe, enjoyable and positive environments for players, match officials, volunteers and fellow coaches.
The new IRFU Coaching Policy interactive resource brings together key information every coach needs to understand regarding their role and responsibilities:

It ensures coaches understand what is expected of them (on and off the field) to help create a better rugby environment for everyone, and highlights the IRFU's commitment to supporting coaches across all our communities.
