The players arrived in two blocks earlier this week and have spent a few days adjusting and revovering.
The squad enjoyed a trip around the iconic Sydney Harbour to Manly Beach where a sea recovery session and some beach volleybally helped ease them into the week.
Their first full training session takes place on Thursday and then they head in to a normal match week from next Monday.
The game in Sydney is sold out with Irish expats expected to be there in numbers for what promises to be an exciting opening fixture against Joe Schmidt's Wallabies.
The sides last met in November 2025 with Ireland recording an emphatic 46-19 win.
This is Ireland's first game in Australia since the 2018 tour when Ireland won the Lansdowne Cup with a 2-1 victory in the test series.
