England reversed the result between the two sides from the Six Nations with a 34-27 win at Avchala Stadium.
Ireland struck early with Ryan touching down just two minutes in and again five minutes later. Charlie Byrne's conversion gave Ireland a 0-12 lead.
England hit back with twenty four first half points to lead 24-12 at half time.
Ryan notched up his hat-trick with the first score of the second half and the sides exchanged scores with Ireland's Noah Byrne and Jack Deegan getting on the scoresheet.
