Men's Division 1A

Holders St. Mary's College face an away trip to Lansdowne in an all-Dublin meeting to kick off their campaign, while newly-promoted Old Wesley will play their first top-flight clash in over 29 years as they take travel to Clontarf. Cork Constitution will entertain Terenure College in a big battle at Temple Hill, while Ballynahinch host UCD at Ballymacarn Park. Elsewhere, Young Munster welcome Old Belvedere to Tom Clifford Park.

Division 1B

Newly-promoted MU Barnhall travel to Blackrock College for their first ever Division 1 fixture in the Energia All-Ireland League. Dublin University are away to City Of Armagh, looking to make early ground, while Instonians, last season's third place finishers, travel to Garryowen who finished just behind them in the promotion race. Elsewhere, Highfield will face Munster rivals Nenagh Ormond, and Naas welcome UCC to Forenaughts.

Division 2A

The Division 2A kicks off at the earlier time of 1.30pm when Shannon welcome Queen's University, while Cashel take on UL Bohemian in an all-Munster encounter at Spafield. Galwegians' first Division 2A match in seven years will be an away trip to familiar foes Dungannon, Ballymena welcome Greystones to Eaton Park, while Wanderers make the trip west to take on Galway Corinthians.

Division 2BN

The newly-restructured Division 2B North has an action-packed first round in store. Enniskillen make their debut at senior level at home to Rainey in an Ulster derby. Ballyclare welcome Sligo for a first meeting in their history, while Clogher Valley renew acquaintances with Malahide at the Cran. Another all-Ulster clash will see Malone host Banbridge, while Skerries take on fellow Leinster club Navan at Holmpatrick.

Division 2BS

While Division 2B North serves up exciting opening round tussles, Division 2B South is set for the same. Bective Rangers lock horns with Old Crescent for the first time since 2017 at Energia Park, while Buccaneers welcome Bruff for a long-awaited first rematch since the 2012/2013 season. Elsewhere, Dolphin take on Enniscorthy, Monkstown face off once again against Clonmel, while Thomond and Midleton meet in a provincial showdown on Shannonside.
