Defending champions St Mary's College travel to Cork Constitution chasing a third consecutive victory after impressive wins over Lansdowne and Clontarf. Con have lost both opening fixtures and face another difficult assignment against a side that beat them 57-19 on Leeside last February.
Young Munster complete the top-flight programme by welcoming Ballynahinch to Tom Clifford Park. The Cookies impressed against Terenure last weekend and will fancy another strong showing, while bottom placed Ballynahinch are desperate to secure their first points.
Division 1B leaders Nenagh Ormond will aim to maintain their perfect start when Instonians visit New Ormond Park. Nenagh impressed against Naas last weekend and now renew acquaintances with winless Instonians for the first time in the AIL since November 2013, when they secured a 20-8 victory in Division 2B.
Second placed Blackrock College travel to fourth placed Naas in an intriguing Leinster derby. Rock are also unbeaten following a hard fought victory over UCC, while Naas seek a response to defeat against Nenagh. The hosts won 32-20 when the sides last met at this venue in November.
Dublin University and Highfield meet on Leeside after both recorded their opening victories last weekend. Trinity overcame Garryowen, while Highfield impressed away to Instonians. The Cork side won 21-17 when the teams met at this venue in January, suggesting another close encounter could be on the cards.
City of Armagh welcome UCC to the Palace Grounds, with both sides chasing their first victory. Armagh have endured two closely fought opening fixtures, while UCC will take encouragement from their competitive showing against Blackrock. Armagh won their last meeting 26-5 in January at this same venue.

Division 2A leaders Cashel welcome Galwegians to Spafield seeking a third successive bonus point victory. Cashel have impressed against UL Bohemian and Queen's University, while Galwegians remain winless. The hosts won 50-19 when the sides last met at Spafield in March 2019.
One of the division's standout encounters sees second-placed Galway Corinthians host third-placed Dungannon. Both have won their opening two fixtures, with Corinthians collecting maximum points and Dungannon also showing strong early form. Corinthians have won the visitors last two trips west and will hope to maintain that record.

Second placed Malone welcome fourth-placed Skerries in another fascinating unbeaten showdown. Both have collected ten points from ten, with Malone impressing away to Sligo and Skerries edging Banbridge last weekend. The Goats won 17-14 when the sides last met at Gibson Park in November.

The Dublin side won 22-7 when the teams met at Energia Park last October.
Thomond welcome Buccaneers in their first meeting since 2008, when Buccs recorded a 31-17 victory. Thomond will look to build on their high scoring win over Enniscorthy, while the visitors desperately seek their first victory.
Finally, Bruff travel to Sydney Parade to face Monkstown, with both sides eager to improve their early-season fortunes.
