All You Need To Know: Ireland v Japan At Virgin Media Park

Ireland anthem

Ireland continue their Autumn campaign with a rematch against Japan at Virgin Media Park in Cork this Saturday.

Following last week's Vodafone Ireland WXV Series win over Japan at Dexcom Stadium, Ireland are bidding to finish this block of three home matches off on a high, before Scott Bemand's side travel to Cape Town to face South Africa in back-to-back Tests next month.

We're looking forward to bringing international rugby back to Virgin Media Park this weekend - here is all the information you need to know ahead of Saturday's match.

Team News
Ireland Head Coach Scott Bemand has named his Match Day 23 for Saturday.

Captain Erin King will lead the side, while Jane Clohessy and Niamh Gallagher will make their first starts for Ireland and Sophie Barrett, Kate Jordan and Alana McInerney are in line for their debuts off the bench.

Access to and from the South Terrace is now via the entrance at the back of the South Terrace. This is a new entrance to the south terrace, so please follow signage and stewards guidance on match day.

Kick Off Time and Broadcast Information
Saturday's match will kick off at 2pm, with supporters able to tune in live on IrishRugby+ here.

Match Day Parking
There is no parking available within the stadium grounds. We kindly ask all supporters to respect local residents and avoid parking in housing areas, as vehicles obstructing entrances may be clamped or towed.

Clamping is in operation in nearby retail parks, and supporters should pay close attention to signage.

Free parking is available at the Black Ash Park & Ride, less than a five minute walk from the stadium. To avail of this service, present your match ticket at the Black Ash reception before or after the game.
