The Ireland Men's and Women's 7s squads (sponsored by TritonLake) have been named for the fourth round of the HSBC 7s in Vancouver this weekend.
Both squads are going through a period of transition this season and there is a mix of new faces and seasoned campaigners included.
Despite their 12th place finish in Perth in Round 3 the Women's side which included four new caps will be aiming to build on some promising performances. All four - Ellen Boylan, Lucia Linn, Alanna McInerney and Katie Whelan - are named in the squad which is captained my Megan Burns.
Ireland are drawn in Pool B with China, New Zealand and USA. Fixtures below.
