IRFU Leadership Development Programme In Action

The IRFU’s Leadership Development Programme is up and running for 2019/20. The 20 volunteers have just completed their second module on the course and took time to share with Irish Rugby TV some of their learnings to date. [jwplayer KIjWFV6u] The aim of the programme is to support the development of the next generation of leaders who can reinforce the culture of volunteering and assist clubs in developing a ‘best-practice’ inclusive approach to build clubs of the future in their communities.
