It's been a good week so far for Garry Ringrose in Chicago but after a tough training session Thursday morning he's ready for the Italy game in Saturday.

The Ireland centre says that the squad are "ramping up the tempo in training after a good week so far in Chicago. Any time you pull on the jersey it is a privilege so we need to be primed and ready to go in Soldier Field on Saturday."
