Key note speakers include Ian Jeffreys, a highly experienced coach, author, academic and presenter, and an acknowledged worldwide leader in the field of sport specific speed and agility development.
Former Dublin All-Ireland winning captain Bryan Cullen is the lead strength and conditioning coach with the Leinster Academy having previously worked as a fitness coach with the Leinster sub-Academy since 2011.
The course is intended to help coaches gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare players in a safe and enjoyable manner for the game of rugby.
The CCC is a practical hands-on course where you will see and practice the many strength and conditioning drills and exercises that are appropriate for the physical preparation of rugby players at all levels.
