Kearney Launches New GUINNESS Plus App
GUINNESS, proud partner of Irish rugby, and Ireland international Rob Kearney teamed up to announce three extraordinary experiences for rugby fans on the new GUINNESS Plus mobile App, to celebrate the upcoming GUINNESS Series.
The experiences are linked to each of Ireland’s upcoming Tests against Samoa, Australia and World champions New Zealand.
Rugby fans who download the GUINNESS Plus App and use the check-ins throughout the GUINNESS Series will be in with the chance to win ‘Money Can’t Buy’ experiences for them and their friends.
Leinster and Ireland full-back Rob Kearney commented: “The GUINNESS Series is a fantastic event, with some of the toughest teams in the world playing us at our home ground. It’s exciting and demanding, with three matches in quick succession.
“We’re looking forward to having our fans there to support us and with these three incredible experiences on the GUINNESS Plus App, rugby supporters are going to have the chance to get up close to the action at the All Blacks game, meet one of Ireland’s rugby legends and if we beat Samoa, there’s a surprise reward for every App user!”
The first game in November will see Ireland play Samoa. GUINNESS is urging people to get behind the team and if Ireland beat the South Sea Islanders, everyone who checked in to a participating pub using the GUINNESS Plus App will receive a surprise reward to celebrate.
Rugby fans should check in to the pub before the final whistle on matchday, Saturday, November 9, to enter.
In the run up to the Wallabies match on Saturday, November 16, GUINNESS Plus will be giving rugby fans the chance to win an incredible experience at the game against World champions New Zealand.
A lucky GUINNESS Plus App user will have the chance to present the man-of-the-match award, as well as tickets for themselves and three friends to watch the All Blacks in action.
Rugby fans will need to download GUINNESS Plus and check in to a participating pub before 11.59pm on the day of the Australia match (November 16) to enter.
For the final GUINNESS Series clash with New Zealand, users who check in to a participating pub before 11.59pm on matchday, Sunday, November 24, will have the chance to rub shoulders with an Irish rugby legend!
The winner will have a pint and a chat about all things rugby with one of Ireland’s leading ex-Internationals, in their local with three of their friends.
In addition, to the incredible experiences, GUINNESS Plus will also have tickets to be won to all three of the Guinness Series games throughout November.
