In mid July, the Irish Rugby Football Union will be running a series of ELV Seminars for all rugby clubs in each of the four provinces.
By invitation from your provincial Branch, key club coaching staff will be invited to attend a two-hour 'Refereeing and ELV Workshop', conducted by the IRFU's Referee Department.
Details of the Seminars' venues and dates are listed below:
MUNSTER - Cork - Monday, July 14 at Highfield RFC (7.30pm)
MUNSTER - Limerick - Tuesday, July 15 at Young Munster RFC (7.30pm)
CONNACHT - Galway - Wednesday, July 16 at Corinthians RFC (7pm)
LEINSTER - Dublin - Thursday, July 17 at Old Belvedere RFC (7.30pm)
ULSTER - Belfast - Monday, July 21 at Abercron Room, King's Hall (7.30pm)
These changes in the laws of the game will have a profound effect on the nature of the game.
The IRFU very strongly advise all club coaching co-ordinators to attend their relevant Branch workshop.
