Sunday, March 8th was International Women’s Day and the IRFU marked the occasion by hosting our inaugural ‘Women In Rugby’ conference.

The focus of the conference was to highlight the pathways to leadership for women in rugby. The day included speeches and panel discussions from Lynne Cantwell, Karen Brown, Fiona Steed and Joy Neville.
