Four Women’s Rugby Leadership Roles Advertised

Each province is now recruiting a dedicated Women’s Rugby leadership position as part of a coordinated national approach to strengthening the female game.

These roles sit at the intersection of domestic rugby, age‑grade development, and performance pathways. Reflecting local needs, the title and emphasis of each role varies, but all four appointments form a unified provincial network committed to delivering high‑quality player development and driving forward the growth of women’s rugby in Ireland.

The order of rollout reflects the structures release of programme funding and ensures each province can onboard and support these roles effectively.

The positions are being offered on a full time, 3 year fixed term contract basis.

The closing date for applications is Friday 6th March 2026.
