Gamespeed Workshop – Special Offer

This year the IRFU are offering coaches, who can’t make the whole Certified Conditioning Course program, the opportunity to attend Ian Jeffreys’ half-day Gamespeed workshop.

Ian Jeffreys is a highly experienced coach, author, academic and presenter, and an acknowledged worldwide leader in the field of sport specific speed and agility development.

Ian has worked with athletes in a wide range of sports, and at range of abilities up to international and professional level.

Ian has authored three books, ‘Total Soccer Fitness’, ‘A Coaches Guide to Enhancing Recovery – The Performance Lifestyle‘, and ‘Developing Gamespeed’.

Ian was the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s High School Professional of the Year in 2006, and was made a fellow of the NSCA in 2009.
 
The workshop takes place on Thursday the 30th of July at the Barrow Centre, IT Carlow. The workshop consists of:
 
An hour and a half presentation in which Ian outlines the Gamespeed philosophy he has developed over his extensive career in elite sport.

A three hour practical session in which Ian actively takes coaches through the coaching delivery of the Gamespeed coaching system.
