The week-long course is intended to help you gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare your players.

Topics covered on the 2012 course included: Principles, Warm-ups, Prehab, Functional Assessment, Integrated Conditioning, Planning & Periodisation, Testing, Nutrition, Strength, Speed, Fundamental Movement Skills.

Paudie Roche, strength & conditioning coach with Munster Rugby, Ruth Wood-Martin, IRFU performance nutrionist, Colin Buckley, IAWA coach education director, and many more.
