“We’re A Really Tight Group” – Eve Higgins

Olympian and Ireland 7s star Eve Higgins on the dynamics in the squad ahead of the final match of the WXV1 series in Vancouver.

Ireland have been together as a squad for six weeks with the 150 match against Australia followed by the WXV1 games against New Zealand and Canada with USA to come on Friday (against USA at BC Place (Kick-off 12.30pm local time/8.30pm Irish time live on RugbyPassTV).

Higgins says the squad are benefitting from that time together, enjoying each other’s company and focused on finishing strong.
