Rob Howley, the newly-appointed British & Irish Lions backs coach, discusses the 2009 tour to South Africa, which will be his third tour in all and first as a coach. He also talks about the importance of enjoyment for the players touring South Africa, their experiences of the country and the philosophy of ‘train hard, play hard and then enjoy ourselves off the field.’
