Irish Rugby TV: Luke McGrath Looking Forward To Soldier Field

Ireland scrum half Luke McGrath is delighted to be back in green and looking forward to the test match against Italy in Soldier Field on Saturday.

The Ireland team trained at the home of Chicago Fire MLS outfit on Thursday morning and McGrath was pleased to get a good hit out, “We had a good session this morning. Chicago has been great so far, we went to the Bulls game last night, but it was our first proper pitch session this morning – good on the lungs.”

Speaking about the iconic Soldier Field he said “We were there yesterday for kicking. There’s a lot of history in the ground, not least for Ireland. We’re really looking forward to it.”
