The IRFU run a series of Fitness Seminars every year in conjunction with the four provincial branches. This year Irish Rugby TV was at the Leinster Seminar in the Aviva Stadium with IRFU fitness education manager Des Ryan, Leinster sub Academy fitness coach Bryan Cullen and Leinster nutritionist Emma McCrudden.
