Ireland head coach Adam Griggs is looking forward to the opening game of the Women’s Six Nations at Energia Park on Friday. He has been putting his new-look squad through their paces in a series of training camps which culminated in a 29 -19 warm-up win over Wales.

We spoke to him at the Women’s Six Nations launch in London last week about how training has been going, the new faces in the squad, and testing his side in the first round clash with England.
