Irish Rugby TV: Ireland U-20s Attend PwC Professional Development Day

Goal-setting, personality profiling, digital brand and advice from other sports all formed part of the annual Ireland Under-20s’ Professional Development Day hosted by team sponsors PwC.

The players and management team from Ireland’s unforgettable U-20 Six Nations Grand Slam win took part in a number of interactive workshops and seminars, covering topics such as DiSC personality profiling, goal-setting, and a look at how to be an attractive candidate to future employers.

There was also as panel discussion with three PwC staff members – Maria Kinsella, a Carlow Ladies footballer and Chair of the Women’s GPA, Meath Gaelic football Seamus Lavin, and Munster and Ireland Women’s winger Laura Sheehan.

The day featured a presentation on ‘Your Digital Brand’, which was developed to help the players understand the benefits and drawbacks of social media.
