Performance Coach Gary Keegan spoke today about his role with the Ireland squad and how he works with the group as a whole and individual players to prepare mentally for a high performance environment.

Keegan spoke about his day to day role with players, working with the coaching staff and the direction provided by Andy Farrell as well as his experience working with Olympic athletes.
