Flannery: We’re Ready To Test Ourselves Against The Other Teams

The Ireland U-20 Women’s team are in Italy for the start of the inaugural Six Nations Women’s Summer Series this week. We caught up with Vice-Captain Kate Flannery and Head Coach Niamh Briggs on the eve of their departure to preview the tournament.

Flannery was part of the victorious UL Bohemian side that won the Energia All-Ireland League title recently in Aviva Stadium, she has also featured in the Celtic Challenge and trained with the senior Women’s squad during the Six Nations campaign.
