It was a hugely successful and memorable tour of South Africa for a young Emerging Ireland squad, who won three from three during the Toyota Challenge in Bloemfontein.
Four players from the tour, Robert Baloucoune, Cian Prendergast, Calvin Nash and Joe McCarthy, have been included in the full Ireland squad for the Bank of Ireland Nations Series against South Africa, Fiji and Australia.
In addition the Ireland A squad to face an All Blacks XV on Friday, November 4th in the RDS includes Tom Ahern, Diarmuid Barron, Jack Crowley, Shane Daly, Max Deegan, Jamie Osborne, Scott Penny and Roman Salanoa.
