Elwood Happy With ‘Hard-Earned’ Four Points

Speaking after Connacht’s 11-6 victory over Aironi in snowy Galway, head coach Eric Elwood said: “We’re very happy with the win. It was never going to be a five-pointer, particularly with the weather conditions. We probably made hard work of it, but thankfully we came out with the result in the end.”
