Browne: Council’s Funding Has Vital Impact

IRFU Chief Executive Philip Browne spoke to IrishRugby.ie’s Cóilín Duffy at the announcement of the Irish Sports Council funding programme for 2012. The Council have pledged 2.7 million Euro in funding for the IRFU’s participation programmes.
