“Who better to challenge yourself against than the World Champions?” – Jack Crowley on facing South Africa as the Ireland squad gathered at the IRFU High Performance Centre this week ahead of the tour.

“It’s great to be back in with the lads. Today is about reintegrating as a group, getting to know new faces and just getting connecting with everyone again. It’s exciting to come back in.”
