Jo graduated in 2003 with an honours degree in physiotherapy, from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland.
Jo has worked across a number of sports, including volleyball, football and badminton, as well as with with elite Irish and British athletes across a variety of sports.
Jo worked with Edinburgh Rugby prior to joining the IRFU.
