‘Quins Bag Bonus As Ulster Left Frustrated By Refereeing

Ulster made a lightning start to this Pool 4 clash, scoring a try through winger Timoci Nagusa inside two minutes, but Harlequins’ attacking class eventually told as they handed Matt Williams’ men their second defeat in this season’s Heineken Cup.

Dean Richards’ Harlequins kept up their winning start in Pool 4 by beating Ulster comfortably in front of their home fans.

‘Quins had secured the bonus point by half-time, and were never troubled by the Magners League side who remain winless after last weekend’s defeat to Stade Francais.

Ulster did score three tries, including the opening score of the day after just three minutes. Timoci Nagusa crossed and Niall O’Connor converted for a 7-0 lead.

But ‘Quins quickly struck back when Malone scored the first of his two penalties on seven minutes.

Then came their five-try run which put daylight between the sides and led to the victory.
