IRFU High Performance Referee Coach and Talent ID Manager

The successful candidate will provide World Class coaching to a team of High Performance Referees & developing IRFU referees with potential to break into the High Performance Referee team. Working with individuals to develop referee skills relevant to personal strengths in order to achieve their potential. Design and manage Talent ID programme which can be utilised for both domestic and professional panels.

This is a full-time role and is being offered on a 2 year fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will be based in our High Performance Centre, Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
